- The company is a private independent company and is not a member of any industrial, financial group or a division/subsidiary of any other company;
- The company is engaged exclusively in project management and supervision and does not provide any other services for supply of materials, equipment or services related to wells construction;
- The above facts allow us to focus our activities on the interests of the client, rather than trying to convince the client to use our materials, equipment and drilling services;
- All personnel of our company, working offshore, is trained and has valid certificates of BOSIET;
- All Drilling Supervisors have valid certificates IWCF;
- Our Supervisors working at offshore drilling rigs and drill ships have certificate IWCF for subsea BOP stack;
- Our Company employs approximately 50 highly qualified professionals in the following areas: Project Manager (Drilling Superintendent), Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisor, Wellsite Geologist, Logistics Supervisor, HSE Supervisor
- All of our employees speak at least English and Russian languages;
- Besides the work experience in accordance with the Soviet Union standards, our key personnel has working experience according to the API standards and is able to combine both regulatory framework if necessary;
- We use licensed software package called “Engineering calculations of well construction” developed by “BurSoftProject” company for making engineers calculations.
In September 2023, the Geoscience team was established within the company. The team is engaged in the following activities:
- Geological modeling;
- Seismic and petrophysical interpretation;
- Resources and reserves evaluation.
Since 2025, the Geoscience Group has been using a new method to estimate the probability of hydrocarbon discovery (Probability of Geological Success, PoS) based on a complexed basin / region geological and geophysical data analysis.
The team consists of highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in Petrel, Petromod modeling, and ArcGIS spatial analysis software.
